I wanted to ask if it's possible to turn off/on certain bills? In australia we don't directly pay for trash removal, it's done through taxes. Or another situation could be if you were role playing living in a rental, sometimes the landlord will pay for your water or electricity bills and make you pay for the other. I haven't played the mod yet, waiting for some other mods to update for recent patch. But was wondering if this was possible :D
